Pricing · no fog

Three levels of work.
The scope is written first — then the price.

Preview. The price band for this market has not been set yet. Scope, terms and what is included are final; the figures are an open decision.

The scope is written down before the figure, at every level. Signature and Custom work get a written estimate before anything starts. No “from”, nothing added along the way.

Three levels of work

The same craft. Three different jobs.

The quality of the build does not change — what changes is how much is unknown at the start. The more decisions still to be made, the less the scope looks like a package and the more it looks like a project.

01

Standard

Fixed price · known scope

Work we have done often enough to know in advance what goes into it and how long it takes. The scope is closed before we start, so the price does not move.

Price set with scope

one-off · a final figure, never “from”
  • Google Business ProfileOn requestYou are not on the map or in search yet. No website.
  • Standard websiteOn requestA site with a clear structure. The Google profile is not included.
  • Website, profile and local searchOn requestWebsite + Google profile + local search as one piece of work.

The three together are not the sum of the three apart. Local search is a separate line in the catalogue; done as one project it costs less than the three bought piece by piece. The figures for this market are being set.

02

Signature

An authored project · a band

For when a site has to be remembered, not just work. Its own direction instead of a template — the visual direction, the motion and the page types are made for that one job.

Priced to scope

one-off · always a written estimate before anything starts
  • art direction — a visual direction of its own, not a template
  • motion and interaction that carry meaning, not decoration
  • several individually designed page types
  • a deeper content system and preparation for search

What moves the price within the band: the number of individually designed page types, how much of the content we produce and how much we are given, and how much original visual material the project needs.

03

Custom

A tool or a system · quoted to scope

For when a website is not what the business is missing. The work follows the process the business actually runs on — so the scope gets written down first, and only then priced.

Quoted to scope

a written estimate before anything starts
  • a tool or configurator — choosing, assembling, calculating
  • a workflow — enquiries, appointments, jobs and statuses in one place
  • a dedicated digital product built around your process
  • a shop, a portal or a larger system

How the estimate is arrived at: a short brief → a written scope with boundaries (“this is in, this is not”) → a price and a deadline for that scope. A consultation is charged at an hourly rate and comes off the first invoice if we go on to work together.

You know what you need and the job resembles what you have already seen elsewhere. Not much is unknown.

Standard What is in which package

The site has to look like yours, not like a template — and that is part of the work, not an extra at the end.

Signature What moves the scope

The website is not the problem. The work is being run out of notebooks, messages and phone calls, and that is what needs sorting out.

Custom How the estimate is arrived at
01 · Standard

What’s in which package.

Under every level sits the scope — so it isn’t negotiated as we go. Two consolidated rounds of revisions are included in every one of them.

Google Business Profile

For a business that isn’t on the map or in search yet.

Price being setone-off · the figure is an open decision
  • Setting up and sorting out the Google profile
  • Your business on the map and in local search
  • Categories, opening hours, description, photos
  • A guide to asking for reviews
  • A short call to explain what happens next
Let’s start here
Standard website

For a business that needs a solid site with a clear structure.

Price being setone-off · the figure is an open decision
  • One to a few pages, phone first
  • Structure, copy polishing and design for your business
  • Prepared for search — the technical SEO basics
  • A clear route to contact: form, phone, WhatsApp
  • Checking and going live
  • Two consolidated rounds of revisions

Not included: setting up and sorting out the Google Business Profile. That is the combined offer, where the site and the profile work as one. If your profile is already in good shape, tell us — then the site on its own may well be enough.

This one suits me
Our recommendation Standard website + search

For a business that wants the site and the visibility as one system.

Price being setone-off · the figure is an open decision

This isn’t the two previous packages added together. Here the site and the Google profile aren’t two separate jobs but one — with the local SEO that ties them together.

  • A site that explains and leads to a call
  • Built for the phone, and fast
  • Going live, and checking everything works

Plus, only in this package:

  • Google profile and local SEO — site and profile as one
  • Presenting your products or services
  • Groundwork for an AI layer later

Which package is yours?

Two questions. The answer is worked out here, in your browser — nothing is sent and nothing is recorded.

1 · Website
2 · Google
Answer both to see a suggestion.

A suggestion, not a quote. The final scope and price are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.

A visibility review — free, no obligation.

Before you pay for anything: we check how Google sees you and tell you what makes sense — then you decide.

02 · Signature

When a site has to be remembered.

The same build standard as in Standard — a different direction. Here you do not pick a template; a visual direction is made for that one job, so the price follows depth rather than the number of pages.

A bespoke site with its own visual directionpriced to scope · band being set
Larger Signature projectsalways a written estimate, never an automatic price
  • What is typically included. A visual direction of its own, several individually designed page types, motion and interaction that carry meaning, a deeper content system.
  • What moves the price within the band. The number of page types, how much of the content we produce, how much original visual material the project needs.
  • What deeper production means. Photo and video material, editing, a longer content system and individually designed parts of the page — work that does not exist in Standard, and which here carries most of the scope.
  • What the work looks like. Brief → visual direction for approval → build → checks → launch. The direction is chosen before a single page is written.
03 · Custom

When a website is not what is missing.

Sometimes the problem is not visibility but work being run out of notebooks, messages and phone calls. Then what gets built is not a website but a tool or a system — and there is no package for that, because no two businesses are the same.

Custom is not a more expensive version of a website. It is work where a website is not what is missing — something is needed that does, calculates or keeps a record.

Consultationhourly rate being set

The estimate is arrived at like this: a short brief → a written scope with boundaries (“this is in, this is not”) → a price and a deadline for that scope. If you are not sure what you need, we sit down for an hour and go through it; if we then work together, that hour comes off the first invoice. Before you order anything you can try our four demo systems and the services calculator — these are our own working demos on sample data, not somebody else’s installed systems.

What changes the price

Five things that move the scope.

  • How many pages and how many languages
  • Whether you have the text and images ready, or we produce them
  • Whether we build a new site or take over an existing one
  • Whether you need a shop, bookings or an integration
  • How quickly you need it

No VAT is added to the invoice. Once a figure is agreed for an agreed scope it is fixed — the price does not change along the way without an agreed change of scope.

Terms

How payment works and how many revisions are included.

The two things people ask about most — set out here, rather than found out along the way.

Payment and deposit

The Google Business Profile setup is paid in full before we start. Standard website work is paid 50% before we start and 50% after your approval — before going live or handover. Signature and Custom projects: 40% at the start, 30% once the direction is approved, and 30% before handover. All of it is also set out in the written quote you receive beforehand.

Rounds of revisions

Two consolidated rounds of revisions are included in the price. Fixing our own mistakes does not count as a revision. Changing a direction that has already been approved, or new requests, are a new scope — agreed in advance, before work continues. The final wording of the terms is in the written quote.

Cancellation

Before work starts — what you paid is refunded. After it starts — we account for the work actually completed and approved costs, and the unused balance is returned. That is in the written quote too.

Common questions

What people ask us most about price.

How is the price set?+

Every level is priced the same way: the scope is written down first, then the figure — no hidden “from”, nothing added along the way. Standard work is a fixed sum for an agreed scope; Signature is priced to scope against a written brief; Custom systems get an individual estimate. The figures for this market are still being set, and they will be published here in full once they are.

Is it one-off or monthly?+

The build is a one-off. Monthly maintenance is optional — you take it only if you want someone looking after small changes and the profile.

What if I need something between the packages?+

Write and tell us what you need. If it’s less than a package, we don’t charge for the full package. If it’s more, we agree the addition up front, with no surprises at the end.

Does the price include the domain and hosting?+

The domain and hosting are a separate, small annual cost, and they go in your name. We help with the setup and tell you the exact amount up front. Who should own what is separated out in a guide of its own.

What does a multilingual site cost?+

A second language adds work rather than a surcharge line: translation, a second set of pages, and search terms researched in that language. It is scoped and quoted with the rest of the project.

How does payment work — is there a deposit?+

The Google Business Profile setup is paid in full before we start. Standard website work is paid 50% before we start and 50% after your approval — before going live or handover. Signature and Custom projects: 40% at the start, 30% once the direction is approved, and 30% before handover. All of it is also set out in the written quote you receive beforehand.

How many rounds of revisions are included?+

Two consolidated rounds of revisions are included in the price. Fixing our own mistakes does not count as a revision. Changing a direction that has already been approved, or new requests, are a new scope — agreed in advance, before work continues. The final wording of the terms sits in the written quote.

How does working remotely actually go?+

The studio is based in Serbia and the work is done remotely — brief, drafts, approvals and handover run by email, WhatsApp and a call where it helps. We work in Central European Time, so a working day overlaps with the whole of Europe rather than half of it. Everything agreed is written down before work starts.

How is the invoice issued?+

Prices are quoted and invoiced in euros, and no VAT is added to the invoice. How a cross-border invoice is treated on your side is for your accountant to confirm — that part we do not advise on. The final scope, price and tax treatment are always confirmed in the written quote before work begins.
