From a single product to an order you can see.

A shop is not a list of products. It is a chain that runs from the first click to the moment you know what you are packing and for whom. Wherever the chain breaks, that is where the customer gives up.

A diagram, not a client screenshot: the four parts of a shop. Scope and price go into the written quote.

The four parts that make a shop.

A shop has to work from the first click to the moment you know what to pack.

  • Product catalogueIndividual pages, categories and variants: size, colour, packaging.
  • The basketSeveral items, changing quantities and the total before confirmation.
  • PaymentCard, cash on delivery or bank transfer, depending on how your customers actually pay.
  • OrdersAn overview of incoming orders with statuses, so you do not hunt for details in your email.

A separate quote by scope, not a package.

The standard packages cover a website and a catalogue without online payment. A shop goes beyond that, so it is priced separately.

  • The scope sets the priceThe number of products, variants, payment methods and integrations change the job, and so the amount.
  • The quote comes after the briefWe do not give an amount before we know exactly what is needed; “from” prices help nobody here.
  • Integrations are agreedWe check what you already work with and what is feasible, and that goes into the quote. We promise nothing in advance.
  • Maintenance is optionalFor shops there is a dedicated maintenance level: 4 hours of work, weekly backup and a monthly test purchase.Website maintenance

This is the final price of the service. No VAT is added to the invoice. How a cross-border invoice is treated on your side is for your accountant to confirm — we do not advise on it.

Catalogues that are enough until a shop is needed.

Moja Borovnica

A product catalogue by category, product photography up front, ordering through an enquiry — no online payment.

“We are very satisfied with the cooperation. The team was professional, communication was quick and clear, and all the agreed changes were made as we asked. We especially like that the site is modern, fast and adapted to mobile devices. Deadlines were met, and after the build we got help with everything we needed. A strong recommendation for anyone who needs a quality, professionally made website”

SANCOM

A catalogue of 37 products, each with its own page, and two selection helpers.

What people ask us most.

How much does an online shop cost?

A shop is not a standard website package, so it has no fixed price on the site. We make a separate quote by scope. You get it after a short brief, before you pay anything.

Catalogue or shop?

The key difference is where the purchase ends. In a catalogue the customer finishes with you; in a shop, on the website.

Which integrations do you do?

It depends on how you work: payment, delivery, order records and customer notifications. We agree it in the brief, based on what you already use.

How long does it take to build a shop?

The timeline depends on the scope and is set out in the written quote, together with the price. A standard website is usually ready in 1–2 weeks, but a shop is not a standard package, so we do not promise a timeline in advance.

Is a shop maintained after it is built?

Maintenance is optional and never mandatory. For shops there is a dedicated maintenance level: 4 hours of work, weekly backup and a monthly test purchase. What each level includes is listed on the website maintenance page.

Tell us what you sell and how you take orders now.

On that basis we produce a quote against the real scope. If we think a catalogue is enough for now, we will say that too.
