Website maintenance: someone has to look after it even when you are not working.

A certificate expires, a form stops sending emails, a plugin is not updated. You usually notice when a customer calls you. Maintenance is how we notice first, before they do.

The six levels
A diagram of the monthly check. You choose the level and scope; maintenance is optional.

Four things that break websites quietly.

We check them at every level, so we notice before your customer does.

  • UptimeWhether the site works at all and opens as it should.
  • CertificateThat HTTPS is valid and renews on time; an expired certificate scares customers away with a warning.
  • Contact formThat an enquiry from the site really reaches your inbox; we check with a test enquiry.
  • BackupThat there is a backup the site can be restored from, monthly or weekly.

Six levels. Fixed prices.

All prices are monthly and final. No “from”, no compulsory subscription, no long-term contract.

Work beyond the package is charged per half hour and unused hours do not carry over. Urgent interventions have a one-hour minimum and a response within 4 working hours. Rates are in the written quote.

Maintenance is not development.

We don’t offer “unlimited maintenance”. Every package has a number of hours, because every hour is real.

Included in the package

  • Monitoring: uptime, certificate, form
  • System and plugin updates
  • Backups at the rhythm of the level
  • A security check
  • Changes within the package hours
  • Monthly report (ACTIVE and above)
  • Visibility and the Google profile (Growth)

Not included, agreed separately

  • New features and new pages
  • A redesign
  • Writing new content
  • Application and integration development

What people ask us most.

Do I have to take maintenance?

No. The build is paid once and the site is yours. You take maintenance only if you want someone looking after it for you.

What if I use up the hours in the package?

It is charged by the hour, in half-hour steps, at a rate confirmed in writing beforehand. We tell you before we go over the allowance, not after.

Do unused hours carry over?

No. A monthly package buys our availability. If you need something more flexible, we also work on call, without a package.

Who holds access to the website, domain and email?

The domain and business email are in your name, and we are the administrator doing the work. On request you get the details for everything that is yours, without delay.

What does “reply within 2 working days” mean?

That we will get back to you within that time and tell you what the problem is and how long the fix takes. We are not promising everything will be solved in two days — that would be a promise made blind.

What counts as an emergency call-out?

The site is down, form submissions aren’t arriving, the shop isn’t taking orders, a breach is suspected. We respond within 4 working hours, at the emergency hourly rate confirmed in your agreement. A new page “for tomorrow” is not an emergency — that is ordinary work.

Do unused hours carry over?

No. A monthly plan buys our availability, and we cannot store that for later.

Tell us what needs looking after.

Write which website it is and what worries you most. We will suggest a level that makes sense, with no obligation.
