Customers don’t type your name. They type what they need.
People search “plumber Novi Sad”, not a company name. Google then shows a map with a few businesses, and the profile decides whether one of them gets the call.

When someone types your trade and town, that is where the battle is.
The Google Business Profile is your business on Google Maps and in local search: name, rating, opening hours, photos, the “Call” and “Directions” buttons. For a local business it is often the first thing a customer sees, before the website.
- An empty profile looks abandonedIf the profile is empty or wrong, the customer moves on. If it is tidy, it looks like someone worth calling.
- Google picks from the areaThe customer types what they need and where they are. Google shows what it knows about you: name, rating, opening hours and a call button.
- Six places on the profileCategory, service area, opening hours, photos, description and reviews decide whether Google shows you and whether the customer clicks.
- A one-time jobSetting up and sorting the profile is a one-time job with a fixed quote. Once it is done, the profile works without us.
What Google Start includes.
The profile stays in your account; we work on it as an added manager.
Before we start.
Google Start is paid in advance, in full. Setup takes about 5 working days; verification is done by Google and is separate. A first visibility review is free.
What we need from you
- The business Google account, or we open the profile on your account from day one
- Name, category, address or service area, and contact
- Opening hours, a short description and real photos
- The verification Google offers; Google chooses the method, not us
What Google Start does not include
- Building a website: that is the “Find me” package (up to 10 pages)
- Writing or buying reviews: you get guidance on how to ask for them
- A guaranteed search position: nobody honest can promise that
- Ongoing work on the profile after setup: the Growth maintenance level, which covers SEO and the Google profile
How to ask for them, honestly.
Reviews may be the strongest part of the profile; customers trust other people more than your description. Google recognises and penalises fake reviews.
How we do it
- A direct link that goes straight to the rating
- A ready, human message you just send
- Ask satisfied customers, right after the job
- Advice on replying to reviews, good and bad
What we never do
- We do not buy reviews
- We do not write fake ratings
- We do not promise a search position
- We do not take ownership of your profile

What people ask us most.
How do I add my business to Google?
Sign in with the business Google account, open a Google profile for that business, enter the name, category, address or service area and contact, then verify the profile. You can do this yourself, for free. What you pay for is not “opening a profile”, but a profile that is accurate and complete.
Why doesn’t my business show up on Google Maps?
Usually one of four reasons: the profile is not verified, the category is wrong, the details on the profile and the website differ, or you are searching for yourself from another place and from your own account. None of them is fixed overnight, and nobody can honestly guarantee first place.
I have no premises. Can I have a profile?
Yes. A service-area business does not need a public address: instead, a service area is defined by town or postcode, up to 20 areas per profile. We make the list with you, from the places you actually serve.
Who owns the profile once the work is done?
Yours. The business on Google is held under the owner’s account, and we work as an added manager. If there is no profile yet, it is opened on your account from day one.
How long does verification take?
Google states that verification can take up to 5 working days; sometimes it is immediate. A postcard usually arrives within 14 days and is valid for 30 days. The methods offered depend on the trade and the details; you do not choose them.
How long does sorting the profile take?
Google Start: about 5 working days. Verification is done by Google and is separate; see the question on verification.
Is a Google Business Profile free?
The profile itself is free from Google and you can create it yourself. What we charge for is the work — setting it up properly, choosing the right categories, sorting out the description, the photos and the details, and connecting it to the website, so that it is useful rather than merely present.
Do I need a website as well as a Google profile?
Not straight away. A profile can put you on the map without one. But a website gives you somewhere to explain the service in more detail, show your work and be more convincing. The profile and the website work best together.
Can I cover several towns?
You can, if you genuinely work there. The service area is set by towns or postcodes, up to 20 areas, and should be no wider than about two hours’ drive from where you work. Listing towns you don’t actually travel to isn’t a trick that works — it is a detail Google checks.
Is this a one-off job or a monthly commitment?
Setting up and cleaning up the profile is a one-off job with an agreed price. Once it is done, the profile works without us: there is no subscription you must pay for the profile to exist. Ongoing work exists, but it is optional and never pre-selected.
How do I get reviews — and am I allowed to ask?
You may ask a satisfied customer for a review. You may not buy one, tie it to a discount or write fake ones; Google detects that and penalises it. The best moment is right after the job is done, while the impression is fresh, with a direct link that takes the customer straight to the rating form.

Shall we set up the Google profile customers see first?
We’ll check the details, the categories, the photographs and everything that shapes the first impression in search and on the map.
