Business web apps. An enquiry comes in; an appointment, a job or an order comes out.

A phone call, an Instagram message and an “I’ll get back to you tomorrow” don’t live in the same place, so something falls through. A system is one place where every job has a status, a date and a next step.

Four systems, one principle.

Every job has a status, a person responsible and a clear next step. Nothing is held in anyone’s head.

  • BIRO AppointmentsOnline booking and an appointment overview: clients pick a free slot themselves, you have a clear calendar.
  • BIRO Work OrdersRequests, tasks and field work organisation: every job has an owner, a deadline and a status.
  • BIRO LeadsEnquiries, a sales pipeline and reminders: no serious enquiry is forgotten.
  • BIRO OrdersA catalogue, enquiry intake and an order register with statuses. No payments or invoices.

What this is, and what it is not yet.

These are working demo systems, not a finished cloud product. Each business gets its own version through a pilot.

What already works

  • Working screens for scheduling, tasks and enquiries
  • A user side and an admin side, on computer and phone
  • Overviews, statuses and a clear next step
  • Drafting messages that a person reviews and confirms
  • Adapting the terminology and workflow to the business

What we don’t promise (for now)

  • Sending SMS or email automatically without a person confirming
  • Ready-made integrations with Google Calendar, WhatsApp or Viber
  • A fully autonomous AI that decides for you
  • A guaranteed increase in sales or enquiries
  • A product confirmed for markets outside Serbia

What we have actually built.

Three systems for the people on the other side of a business: clients, partners and customers. Each has a presentation, and two have a demo with invented data. Those presentations and demos are in Serbian.

An app for your company’s clients

Project approvals

In one place, the client reviews versions, leaves a comment on the exact spot and approves. The decision stays recorded with that version.

What it does

  1. The client gets the new version at their own link.
  2. They click the spot to change and write what they want.
  3. They approve the version; the decision stays recorded with it.
Presentation
Demo with invented companies; nothing is sent. In Serbian.
Solution
Checked in a test environment. Set up for your business by agreement.

An app for your company’s partners

Partner referrals

A partner sends a referral and sees where it stands: review, conversation, quote, agreement. With a short academy on talking to customers.

What it does

  1. The partner sends a referral with the company’s contact.
  2. They follow it through review, conversation and quote.
  3. They see the agreement; the business sees who brought the work.
Presentation
Demo with invented data. In Serbian.
Solution
Partner sign-up and payouts are not open; only a written agreement applies.

A customer configurator for SANCOM, our internal project

Stamp designer

The customer builds the stamp, and the tool checks that the text fits the model. The business receives a correct request with a preview.

What it does

  1. The customer picks a model and types the text.
  2. The tool checks that the text fits and warns before sending.
  3. The business receives a request with a preview of the imprint.
Presentation
Live on sancom.rs, in Serbian.
Solution
The same pattern works for any job where a customer prepares something the business has to check.

The same idea, in the programs you already use

Sometimes you do not need a whole system, just one function where people already work.

Pilot

What has been checked in a test environment

  • The client enters through a personal link, with no password.
  • A questionnaire at the start of the project, instead of a long email.
  • Reviewing versions with a comment on the exact spot.
  • Approval with confirmation, tied to that version.
  • Documents, messages and support after handover.

What we do not promise here

  • The pilot carries our logo. Your logo and colours are part of a custom build.
  • Email notifications.
  • Public access: not on open sale, by agreement only.

Film about the product

Six steps, always in the same order.

Durations are agreed per business, so there are no made-up deadlines here.

  • How you work nowAnd what in that costs you most.
  • What the system has to doSpecifically for your business, not in general.
  • Names, workflow, dataTo your business, in your words.
  • You actually use itIn real work, by agreement.
  • It stays or it stopsNo persuading.
  • Access details and a guideAnd an agreement on maintenance.

App maintenance and further development.

An app does not stop at handover. Maintenance is a separate service with an agreed scope: what is included and how many hours a month are written down in advance. We do not offer unlimited interventions, because every hour is real.

The “App or portal” level on the maintenance page

Tools and apps we have built

  • Support and fixesThe app keeps running, data is kept safe, and errors are fixed in the order that has been written down.
  • Security and updatesUpdating libraries and services, access and backups, within the agreed scope.
  • IntegrationsA link with the programs the business already uses, as far as those programs allow. What gets connected is written in the quote.
  • UpgradesA new feature, a new step in the workflow or a new report, as a separate quote or through the hours in the package.

What people ask us most.

Is this a finished product?

No. These are working demo systems that we adapt to each business through a pilot. First we check whether the system really helps your work, and only then do we go further.

What does it cost?

Business apps are not a standard website package. We set the scope and price in a separate quote, after a short brief. If the system stays in use, it is looked after through maintenance, at the “App or portal” level, for an agreed monthly fee.

What does a pilot look like?

We adapt the system to your business, you use it in real work as agreed, and then we decide together: it stays or it is switched off. If it stays, you get access, instructions and a maintenance agreement.

What does “pilot” mean?

We tailor the system to your business, you use it in real work as agreed, and then we decide together — it stays or it stops. No persuading. If it stays, you get the access details, a guide and an agreement on maintenance.

Interested in a pilot for your business?

Write a few sentences about how you take appointments, tasks or enquiries now. We suggest which system makes sense and what the pilot would look like.
